Terms of Service & Client Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Tarjeti platform or engaging our consultancy for custom AI infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Tarjeti reserves the right to update these terms to reflect evolving technological and legal standards.

Scope of Services

Tarjeti provides bespoke automation infrastructure, AI agent development, and systems integration. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be explicitly defined in a separate, mutually signed Executive Strategy Agreement before deployment begins.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the specific automated workflows deployed within their workspace. Tarjeti retains all intellectual property rights to our proprietary underlying codebase, portal architecture, and pre-built integration models.

Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary third-party accounts, APIs, and operational data required for deployment. Tarjeti is not liable for project delays caused by the client's failure to provide essential access.

Limitation of Liability

Tarjeti engineers robust and secure systems. However, we are not liable for data loss, revenue interruption, or system failures caused by third-party software outages (e.g., CRM downtime, API deprecations) that are outside of our direct architectural control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe and applicable international digital commerce frameworks.
